Quality assurance statement

  • At Lifeline First Aid Training, we don't believe in resting on our laurels. First Aid in all environments is continuously progressing, and therefore we believe our instructors, courses and equipment should too.
  • All our trainers participate in an internal continuous assessment process as well as Health and Safety (First Aid) monitoring. This exists to ensure that customers receive the best training in the latest and most relevant medical techniques. In addition to regular course and delivery reviews by a Lifeline First Aid Training Senior Instructor, we also ask every course participant for feedback. We take the review of this feedback very seriously, and value every comment, idea, compliment or constructive criticism that our clients take the time to provide.
  • All subjects and course content are updated regularly in accordance with the Heath and Safety Executive (First Aid) and the British Resuscitation Council. The course lessons are based on the contents of the Course Manual which is the current version of the 'First Aid Manual' of the St. John Ambulance, St. Andrew's Ambulance Association and the British Red Cross.
